Special Requests
If you have particular requirements but cannot find what you want on the site, please give us a call on (01424) 222711 or pop in and see us to discuss what you need. We carry an extensive range stock with new items coming in on a regular basis, not all of which is available on the site. Postage & Packing Costs
We ship using Royal Mail Parcels, and charge a flat fee of £7.50 regardless of the size of the order.
For local orders in the Bexhill-on-Sea area, we can offer personal local delivery service for £3.50.
Alternatively, if you are in the area you can opt to collect your goods directly from our shop at no additional cost.

Payment
Payment can be made on-line using a credit or debit card. All payments are handled by Google Checkout to ensure total security, and no information is stored by us or otherwise passed on.
Payment can additionally be made by cheque or postal order. Please make your payment out to Mad Expectations, and include a printout of your basket. Payments should be sent to us at:

Shipping Times
We aim to get all on-line orders posted within 2 working days of being placed. If we are not able to do so - for example, an item has gone out of stock - we will contact you to inform you of any problems and discuss how you wish to proceed.
Payments made by cheque will be usually be sent with 2 working days of the cheque clearing. Please be aware that it can take up to 5 days for a bank to clear a cheque, and this processing is beyond our control.
Royal Mail Parcels typically takes about 3 days to arrive.
If you require the goods faster, please call us directly to discuss your requirements. We can ship orders by other methods, though this would be at an additional cost.
Please note that we only ship within the UK.
Returns Policy
All goods are carefully checked before sending. If you have received goods different from those you ordered, simply return them to us and we will replace them and refund the return postage costs.
Where goods have been ordered but are not wanted we will refund the goods providing they are returned in new, unopened condition within 28 days. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs unless there is an error on our part.
In any event, please call us to let us know before sending any goods back.
